Hi Challengers!

I'm having an "out of body/mind" afternoon. Feeling very strange. I'm so tired from not having enough sleep last night (thanks to me darlings following me into every bed when i am trying to make my escape from them!):mad: I love them sooo much, but do they have to be attached to my hip, morning noon and NIGHT!! grump! grump!

Whats everyone up to over the weekend?

Andrea - Deep and meaningful time, whats up with you sweet pea? Yo sound like you've been struggling for a while now. If you need kick in the butts or pep talk or just a talk, share with us! My son kept me up most of the night so i may take a rest day! Ifnot i will just do a powerwalk or something! I got my dogwalk in yesterday and it felt good! I really need to do some weight lifting today:confused:

hey Andrea,that fitnesspal thing is a supportive website that helps people lose weight? There is a nutritional calorie counter that they offer that is AWESOME. kinda like sparkpeople or fitday or the nutrition manager here on cathe! It so easy to log into and find the foods there,there food data base is enormous...i have yet to add anything in there! there is also a forum there too! Check it out....you put in everyting you eat and it automaticaly calculates how many calories you have left for the day and it calculates how many calories your specific body weight needs in order to lose weight!!!! Like i said...Awesome! :D It has alot of different tools too including BF% calculators,a BMR calculator!(of course there just rough estimates)

Hi there. I got up and did a little yoga today. Not much, but I was talking myself out of a WO so I just got up and did it. I think I'm going to start Cathe's Sept. rotation on Monday (w/ mods for the DVDs I don't have ;)).

Andrea, thanks for the shout out. I've been in a bad place lately. I'm just burned out on a lot of stuff, I think. I went to WW yesterday and made them give me a new book so I can "start over". So far today I've planned well and said NO to the burrito bunch. I LOL reading about your kids following you everywhere. Mine are like that too - I just told them they were in their own beds last night and they didn't argue :eek:

OK, time to get at least A LITTLE work done. It's my short day today and I can hardly wait for the weekend!

Andrea: get some rest! My younger DS has been so cranky when he gets home from school. I am sure next week will be better, as this is his first week back.

AndreaH: Congrats on giving yourself a pep talk. I definitly have mornings like that.

I am still trying to get use to the new morning schedule around here. I tried my new Kettlebell WO. It was fun. I wish it had more music or at least louder music.I also did Rodney Yee AM yoga for 10 min.

My MIL is coming for the weekend so I need to prepare her room. I've kind of taken over her dresser with my junk!:eek: I need to declutter and fast!

Have a great weekend! Not sure if I will get back on line.

Hi everyone. Sorry some of you are having kiddo problems (sleep,starting back to school etc.) Hope it calms down for you.

Today was an hour outside mostly jogging. Went by myself first and then took each dog around the block. When I got back, the one dog got excited about seeing another dog and slammed into my leg and gave me a huge goose egg just above my shin. Will probably be a pretty colored bruise by tomorrow.
We've had some cooler temperatures here too, but today it is still suppose to get up to 91. Still that's a lot cooler that the 100+ we were having.

Hope everyone has a great weekend. We'll probably hit a movie, but that's all that's planned beside the cleaning routine.
