freezing on new dvd's

I just did butts and guts and mine froze are all of the dvd's feezing as I have not looked at the others yet? Thank YOU! Do I need to contact them and let them know or will they post for us when to return them?

SNM posted about this in the "Ask Cathe" forum. They are still busy sending out DVD's right now. And the new batch with the fix hasn't been made yet, so wait until an announcement has been made on "Ask Cathe." They will let us know when there are new discs to replace these. (No use sending them a message about it now, as they recognize there is a problem and are working on fixing it, but would have no replacement to send out yet).

As for freezing: all the DVD"s seem to have a problem, but some DVD players can handle it, and others can't. It seems that if you have freezing or skipping in one workout, there's a good chance you will have it in all the workouts on the same DVD player.
