Is anyone familiar with this book Freestyle Training by George Snyder? It is being discussed on collage and people are saying how much they liked their results. It involves working your lower body with lite weights and hi reps 6X a week, upperbody 3X a week and cardio for about 30 min. 4X a week. One woman said her husband is a personal trainer and suggested she try it to lose baby weight and get in shape. She really liked the results. Any opinions?
