There's alot to choose from between the cardio and weight lifting/sculpting options!
I am a big fan of their treadmill work outs myself. }( I've done some IClimbs and an ICycle too. I like them but prefer to run over the elliptical and go to a live spin class every week now so don't need to use the Cycle work out. I did an ISculpt the other day for the first time and LOVED it. I have an IStrength that I haven't tried yet and am getting ready to down load and do an ISculpt Ballet soon as I've heard they are really good lower body work outs.
so far i've done the 40 min and 60 min itread2 and they are great. i've also done the istretch that's for after a run (i think it's istretch8), and i love that as well as the istretchcombo6.
i have some iballets and isculpts but haven't done them yet.
Katie...I prefer the iClimbs for my Elliptical and any of the 40 min ones are good....I also have many of the iTreads. I have not gotten into the iSculpts yet, but they are on my list!..
I am really interested in the iSculpt Ballets, but I don't know anything about dance. I just tend to build bulky muscles in my lower body, so I would prefer something like this.
Any advice from those who use the ballets? What would be good for a beginner?
Katie, I'm completely obsessed with the iballets. #1 is a good one to start off with. Others that get high marks from myself & some of Video Fit's forum are 6,7,10,11,13,15,17, & 18. I LOVE 16 but you need a Pilates Ring. They're tough & fun! Coleen
