I have some bad news. I fell down the steps yesterday, I went to the doctor and my foot is Fractured, what am I to do the next six weeks? I am going to lose all the fitness that I have gained. I am so sad right now.
Keep your head up, Latisha. You won't lose all that you've gained in just six weeks. Take it easy on your foot and let it heal.
Make sure you check with your doc about your activity, but you should be able to still do seated upper body and ab work...maybe floorwork that doesn't involve putting pressure on your foot (check with your doc first!!).
