Can't answer your question, but have one of my own. I always "Mark" the forum once I've read it, so when I go back, the threads with new posts are highlighted. But is there a way to see what posts within the thread are new without re-reading until there's something you don't recognize?

Here is another question - How do you "mark" the post/thread once you read it?

I just found the "Mark" and decided to click it. All the icons on the side faded..and when there are new threads or new posts in the threads, the colour appears.
I also noticed that once you click the tread.. all the news ones have a brown line around the box and the ones that I already read the box line is faded.
This is going to be so much easier.
To think I have been spending so much time trying to figure out what I read and haven't read. WOW!!

Dump question here, but where did you find the "Mark"? I don't seem to have that feature. What internet search are you using, ie Firefox, Internet Explorer, Safari?

When you click "open discussion" it is at the top where the word "Post" "Poll" "Mark". I guess once you read everything in that forum you click "Mark". I don't see it anywhere else.

That's exactly the info I needed!!!! Thank you! I hadn't noticed that before!

Mine says " Post" "Poll" "User Menu" No "Mark" up there. How weird. But I did notice the "Read New" on the left of the "Post" so that might be helful to me.
