I have a rotation question. I'm currently finishing up Fitness Freak's circuit mix rotation and I want to start some serious weight lifting to get nice muscle mass and definition
I'm planning to start with Cathe's March '06 Strong Like Bull rotation, but what about the lower body? It's generally only worked once/week except for week 4 she has PLB twice. Do I do the exercises with no weights? Sub out for something else? I'd really like to lean down my lower body so it's a better proportion to my upper body (which will hopefully increase in lean mass!) I'm wanting to try no weight/just body weight for this rotation to see if it helps. TIA for all advice, recommendations, etc.
