I have a question about protein, how do you eat your % of protein daily. I can't seem to figure how I can get 112 grams of protein in per day, EVERY DAY. Any ideas. I can't take whey protein, it gives me a stomach ache for some reason. There just aren't many sources I like that are complete proteins, any ideas would be great!

The grams of protein you get in other food groups, e.g. a whole grain serving, and even some vegetables, count (at least as I understand it) toward your total daily grams of protein.

If you keep track for a bit of grams of carbs & fat & protein like he suggests, you may find the numbers can get up there. I can't/don't eat dairy or whey either.
