So this thing has discovered some unknown muscle knots I didn't know about. My hip/buttocks killed the last couple nights, but after rolling last night before bed I actually slept! Now I've found a knot in my right/left calves (mostly right). It feels "release" but still is tender. When you find those sensitive spots, how long/often do you roll them until they release? My IT is already significantly better. I LOVE this thing!
