** FitnessFreak's Dec rotation Christmas Eve**

I had every intention of getting in my workout this afternoon but....DS is home from college and we spent the afternoon with friends. He has to leave tomorrow at noon to fly to San Diego for the Holiday Bowl (he is on a full-ride scholarship at Oregon University for football!) so today is our Christmas together. As much as I enjoy working out FAMILY will always come first!

I will do the scheduled leg workout for today on Friday (my lower body is my "problem" area so I will never miss a booty workout!) :)

Randi...I'm rooting for you for that puppy. I have a 2 1/2 year old black lab and he is MY BABY! I couldn't even imagine how I would feel if I lost Jake so I hope Santa is extra nice to you and gets you that puppy!

I can't believe thiis rotation is almost over. It's been soo much fun. Thank you soo much Debbie. I've really enjoyed being a part of a check-in. I look forward to the next one.

I am amazed I was able to get in my leg workout today. I had to work until 2PM, and then get dinner prepared for my family. We celebrate Xmas Eve, and take it easy Xmas Day. Well, once I got everything going, I headed downstairs and completed my workout. I did skip some of the bonuses. My legs tend to fatigue rather quickly, but I'm working on getting stronger :)

Tomorrow is supposed to be a rest day, but I can't see myself resting, so we'll see, lol.

Hi Debbie and gang!

Its Christmas Eve already, Phew! Happy holidays everyone!:D

Ok, I was a good girl and did my workout today. Here's what I did:

Imax 2= Premix Intervals 1-5=33 min.
Perfect Abs= Bootcamp Challenge Abs= 8 min
Gym Style Legs- Standing Legs Only (Time Saver Premix#1)= 33 min.
Pyramid Lower Body- Floor work only (Stability Ball Chapter)= 17 min.

I did my workout this evening and I just finished it about 8:30 pm West Coast time. I'm sure you noticed I added Abs and cardio to this. I really need to work on my abs and I like doing abs everyday. I added cardio to todays workout because I hate my 43 yearold Endomorph body that needs to lose 30 lbs and thought the cardio would help with the cardio and calorie burn factor.

Thanks for another amazing workout Debbie! Thank your for all your hardwork on rotations, I really appreciate and am grateful for it.
