Cathlete
Hello. I started your Leg Blast Rotation Fall/Winter2007 I have never followed a rotation so this is my first one a couple of questions 1. Todays first one is GS Legs: KPC Ab work. I did not have time to do the ab work so can I do it in the evening? Or should they be right after each other? #2. I also ordered the 4 Day Split and am anxiously awaiting its arrival can I incorporate any of those workouts in this? Or should I just wait until this rotation is over? Being this is my first rotation any pointers for me I have not worked out in almost a year I gave myself a week to get somewhat ready I do not eat clean by any means what so ever but I don't eat horribly bad either. I am 5'8 and about 145 my thighs and rear are my problem areas and I am going to get this done no matter what..

I used 10 lbs for my barbell (no laughing) and I matched the rest with Cathe on dumbells i did use one less riser too for the band work but I had more tension on my band.

Anyway thank you for your help and anyone that has input.

Hi Beth,

Obviously, I am not FitnessFreak, but I am one of her biggest fans! I have done all of her older rotations, but not the one you are doing.

Anyway to help answer your questions, you certainly can do the abs later, there is no need to have to do them together. And as far a substituting 4 DS for GS it should be fine, since it is basically the same type of weight work, meaning it about going heavy and not endurance. I HTH, and also if you still have other questions about the rotation you may want to post them right in the rotation forum, she tends to look there, to see if people have questions on her rotations.

Good Luck with the workouts and the rotations. Have fun! We all started somewhere!

Linda, just wanted to say, your arms look amazing, and you are super pretty!:7 All those rotations show, keep it up! You look like a brunette Kyra Sedgewick--you know that gal that stars on the show "The Closer?"

Well, thank you tneah. I think your physique looks pretty amazing as well. Great picture!

I owe a lot to Debbie, she has challenged me to work harder than I ever had before! And thanks to her I am finally achieving the look I was always after. Now if I could just keep my eating a little cleaner, I'd be all set!
