finally tried drill max

I know, slow, eh? I've watched it quite a few times and had to psych myself up. It was hard, but not that bad. I always make it out to be more than what it is. It was weird being back on the 6 inch step though after 8 inch for the other two. What do you guys think?

I have all of the workouts, I have watched them about 2 times each, but I have not attempted to do either one of these, I am scared to do them, so Sally , you are doing better than me!!!:) :)
 
I had done 2 premixes pretty quickly (Total Body and shortest cardio premix) but I just did the work out in full the other day. I think it's a FAB work out. Tough but not as bad as I had envisioned either. I really like it! :+
 
Drill max was tough. I do have to confess, I am on a 6 inch step for all the workouts. The old knees talk to me if I am any higher.
 
Previewing DM really psyched me out, I thought it would kill me :) But then I just did it and it was far easier than it looked! Give it a try!
 
I love it. Althought I have to modify a few moves it is so much fun. Cathe really did an outstanding job with the new DVD's. She is the best.
