Feb rotation - Wed Feb 8

LOL Phyllis... while I was posting the other Feb thread, I though, I bet Phyllis is posting!! I should have waited!.

Let's just use this one....

KPC and 30 minutes of Cardio Kicks for me since I don't have CTX kickbox.

Long cardio day for me.

Good Morning Phyllis & Jane , and Hi all the other Rotationers who just haven't made it here yet!!!:) :D

Good Workout Phyllis!!!
:D
Good LUCK Jane!!!;(

Today is Bootcamp for me. I will try my best, but I have pulled some muscles in my neck & shoulder and I'm not sure that's going to work for me . If not, I've already decided to switch it up and do Thursdays short cardio workout instead.

My DD came home yesterday with the flu. Shivering with chills and body aches, coughing & sneezing, she went straight to bed. We use Oscillococcinum and I highly recommend it! She had 2 doses yesterday and really started feeling better. I kept her home from school today , for at least one good, solid day of rest before she goes back, but she was saying she wanted to go.
GO FIGURE!! Am just glad she is recovering so quickly.
I started on Airborne just to try to stay healthy.

Sorry for the long post.

Everyone have a terrific day!!!

Jane, is this the start of week 2 for you?

Becky, hope DD feels better. What does Airborne do? I've seen it in the store, but never picked it up to read the box.

What do you gals think of this rotation? It seems so much easier compared with January. It almost seems like I'm not working hard enough! Ha! Phyllis

Hi Girls. I did Step Fit this morning. It's nice to re-visit these oldie but goodies every now and then. Cardio Hits was my first exposure to Cathe and Step Fit was the one I liked best. It's funny thinking back how hard I thought the choreography was when I first started. It seems so simple now but it's still a fun workout.

Phyllis: I know what you mean about how much extra time we have this month compared to last. I did all my ironing the other morning.

Have a good day everyone.

Yes Phyllis... I start week today today. I don't think it is as hard either.

Good Morning Ladies,

I did Mindy Mylrea Awesome intervals, it has a hi/lo section, and I don't like doing a piece of this and of that, I find that a waste of time.

Phyllis,

Airborne is full of antioxidants, electrolytes, amino acids and vitamin C . It is used to keep from getting sick. A must have during cold and flu season IMHO. I always keep it now.
A little on the pricey side but I usually buy it at Sams in bulk and always have it on hand. I went out this morning and restocked along with Oscillococcinum and also got the stuff to make chicken noodle soup, and bought my DD all the latest gossip magazines to keep her entertained while she is feeling puny.
