Good morning gals!

Today was LL followed by CM3. There is soo much barbell work in LL. It's tough on my back. I ordered a barbell pad, but it hasn't arrived yet. Does anyone else use a padded bar?

I'm looking forward to tomorrow's short cardio, although not the squat thrust climbers (shudder, shudder)

I have a padded bar Phyllis, I can't do without it. It hurts my back too much too.

Today is short cardio day for me too Phyllis. IMAX3 7-10. I can't do squat thrust climbers because I can't go down on my wrists like that. (I shudder at how that would feel!!!). Anyway I'll sub what I do when I do BC, I'll just jump for that 90 minutes. I may stick some plyos in there.

Hey Jane I hope you mean you will jump for that 90 seconds and not minutes. PS how about alternating jacks with plyo jacks and hi and low jogs for the 90 seconds?

Today for me was HSTA and it is done. Those one-arm tricep dips are just too difficult for me to do 16 reps of!

LOL... Judy, I did mean 90 seconds, pylos for 90 minutes???!!! I'd be paralyzed!:eek: :+

I just finished my workout IMAX3 7-10 and in place of the squat thrust climber, I simply did blast #10 twice in a row. I thought that would suffice.

I don't see IMAX3 anymore on the rotation and good riddance!! I don't want to see that one for a long long time. Way too much of a good thing IMO!!!

Tomorrow I'm taking a rest day since I have a dr appt tomorrow afternoon. I've been exercising straight since 2-13 so I'm due for one.
 
Hi girls. I'm posting a little later than usual. Did CTX Upper Body this morning. Looking forward to Meaner Legs and Coremax tomorrow (not!). I was thinking about Meaner Legs as I ran up the three flights of steps to my office this morning. Tomorrow I won't be running, most likely I'll be pausing at each landing LOL. Meaner Legs has a high dread factor for me.

Regarding barbell pads: I've been noticing too that the barbell isn't real comfortable where it sits on my shoulders. DH and I are DIY people so I'm sure we probably have some pipe insulation in the basement somewhere. I think that would work perfectly on a barbell. I'll let you know how it works....
