Hi all. I took an unexpected rest day yesterday. I didn't wake up on time(I had to work). When I did get up, I saw that DS had a friend sleeping over in the living room (aka my gym).So, i resumed today with the start of the last week. I did Step Heat as I don't have Step Works, followed by All Step.
I'm still battling with my M32. No matter what I do, I can't get my HR limits to change from 114\150. I've done the ownzone thing a million times and it always defaults to my age limits. I've tried lowering my intensity during ownzone and I tried increasing. Do you think I have something set wrong? I know it's just a number, but my calorie burn is so low. I'd like to see some higher numbers for my efforts. Sorry for the long rant! Phyllis
