Morning all. CTX upper body for me this AM.

Looks like the abs will take a double hit tomrrow with LL and CM! Has anyone done this yet?

I have a substition question. I was peeking ahead at next week and I saw StepWorks for the long cardio. I don't have it, but I have Step Heat. It's been so long since I've done it that I have no memory of what it's like. Do ya think it's OK to use or should I do RS or SB?

Good morning Phyllis...

I've only done Step Works once the third week of January and can't remember it exactly. I think any of the cardio you are thinking of would be fine. Pick which one you enjoy most.

Today is CTX UB and I don't have it so I'll be subbing Super Sets Upper Body Blast.

Long cardio day today, don't have Power max, so I did 2 segments of Step Til you Drop 2, and the core/stretch segment. 90 minutes total, that's enough!!

Hi all!
Today is also long cardio day. It was supposed to be step works plus a CTX I think. I noticed there was not a lot of kick boxing this month so I opted for KPC (no abs) plus a 30" treadmill run today.

This is the last week for me of this rotation. I'll have to see what Cathe comes up with next and just do my own thing until March 1.

I woke up this morning in one of those 'I don't wanna' moods so I subbed Christi Taylor's Heavenly Step for Power Max and followed it up with a 45 minute Low Max premix (don't have LIS). I'm glad I toughed it out because it ended up being an enjoyable 1:45 workout.

Phyllis: IMO all those step workouts from the Classics and Cardio Hits volumes (Step Heat, Step Jam, Step Max, Power Max, Step Fit, Step Works) are pretty much interchangable. They are all about 1 hour long and consist of 3 steady state step combos.
