I third that --- TGIF! Today was PLB. For some reason I am always thrilled to get the pyramid part behind me but it's really the stability ball work that hurts most. My legs were shaking a lot but the time I finished.
PUB is on deck tomorrow but I'm going to pair it up with an hour of steady state cardio, perhaps some Christi Taylor. Tomorrow is also my monthly weigh in at Weight Watchers. I have nothing to worry about there, but just the thought of standing on that scale every month keeps me in line LOL.
