Good morning!

Yesterday was a good day, day 5. I actually started cleaning it up on 12-31.

Today -

Br - oatmeal with apple and cinn, egg beaters, 1 pc multigrain toast, creamer

Sn - protein smoothie using soy choc milk, strawberries and choc protein powder

Dn - 1 cup lentil soup, turkey sandwich with light mayo on multigrain, navel orange

Sn - Go Lean Crunch, skim milk

Dn - stuff shells, sw potato, salad with raspberry ving.

Morning Jane and all who follow!

Yesterday wasn't AWFUL but it wasn't great. But today is a new day, right?

B - WW English muffin with pb and banana, steel cut oats with banana and soy milk
S - 1 oz lf cheese, 1/2 cup grape tomatoes
L - brown rice and black beans, salad greens
S - apple slices with pb and baby carrots
D - egg whites with veggies

ETA - workout today is 4 mile run, triceps and core
 
Goodmorning Jane, Shelley and others to come. Yesterday was awful, Shelley. As feared, when I got home, I was so tired I just started eating and couldn't stop. Anything salty went in my mouth. At least I did get my weight work done. Today I'm well rested and trying to focus on my upcoming trip to the Carribean. I have a nasty picture of myself from another trip hanging on the frig. I hope to get a picture at the same place this year that looks much better.
B - basic 4 cereal w/raspberries,blueberries and soy milk, banana
L - turkey sandwich on oat bread, carrots, orange
D - broiled fish, kashi pilaf, whatever veggie looks good at supermarket
KPC is on tap for this afternoon.

B: lite english muffin w/ff ham and coffee
L: WW meal
S: ff yogurt w/ff cottage cheese
D: turkey sausage, green beans and some sort of carb
S: ff popcorn and an apple

Today's workout is PUB and 30 min on the elliptical.

Robin, when are you going on your vacation? I"m jealous!!! }(
 
I didn't do too bad yesterday. I had a little slip at lunch (I ordered a gourmet burger and fries--Yikes!) BUT, I didn't finish it, nor did I bring the left overs home. I had minestrone soup for dinner.

B - WW toast with PB and a clementine
S - none because I'm going out for lunch
L - joing a friend for lunch and will keep it as clean as possible
S - probably none because I'm spending the afternoon with my friend
D - not planned yet

Hi!
I thought I migh visit this thread to see how it is going. Actually I wanted company in the 'trying to do good eating category!'

This Jan. rotation leaves me hungry. So I need to plan better. I had been writing my food journal down casually in my PDA but I may have to switch to a hard copy type journal for a while to get on track.

Yesterday:
B: Kashi GF cereal 1 cup, yogurt 60 cal type, 2 tangerines
S: coffee- black and canteloupe piesces 1 cup
L: Lentil Soup home made
S: Peanut butter and Wheat thins -- too many here
S: (while cooking diner) carrots / celery
D: home made Mushroom Barley soup WW recipe, salad w/ vinagrette, Turkey dark meat no more than 4 oz.
S: No sugar added Ice cream w/ splenda- heaping one cup serving,Tsk, tsk!

Later- big tummy ache!!!!

today
B: yogurt 120 cal , V8 juice, coffee w/ Cremora
S: peanut butter and Light english muffin, H20
S: Peppermint Tea- no caffeine
L: Mushroom barley soup, raw califlower w/ a little seasoned salt
S: Tea or espresso no sugar 1 piece of fruit OR a small yogurt OR baked tortilla chips one serving plus salsa
D: Fettuccini Alfredo-WW recipe-w/broccoli & salad w/ vinagrette
S: Peppermint Tea
