I always hear Cathe in my head whilst shoveling snow: "Engage those abs--that always helps!" Yesterday's offering was wet and HEAVY. At least it's power today. Oh well--Functional fitness at it's best! And I'd rather shovel with Cathe in my head than without her.

Hey Elsie! I agree with you. Most of our snows this year have been SO heavy! Yesterday's and today's are no exception. I shovel my walks at home and at work. Tonight I will need the jet tub. Suck in your gut! HE HE
