i'm realizing (thanks to sts) that my body responds best to endurance type workouts (meso 1, pyramids, muscle endurance, etc.) i've done meso 2 and now in meso 3 and i'm not liking the way my body looks as it did in the first meso. so my question to you all is "who here does better with endurance style lifting and if so are you still working your way through all the meso cycles or are you modifying the heavier meso's?
