Embarking on optional upper body xtrain Rotation

X-TRAIN optional Strength/upper body xtrain Rotation

Hi Everyone,

I am planning to do rotation above once I have completed Rock Bottom aka Diamond cut bottom/Walnut cracker rotation:D:D:D:D.
I aiming to do this before the new series get shipped to us.

Is anyone interested in this rotation? Are you adding cardio or not? What goal are you expecting to achieve?

Any one who has completed this rotation please share your views.

I am interested in this rotation to add upper body definition without neglecting lower body though.

Thx, Nathalie! I never really looked at the Workout Manager before, lotsa cool stuff there!

I believe I located the rotation. It's the one that is basically Chest/Sh/Back twice a week, Bi's/Tri's twice a week and legs twice a week, right??

You are welcome.

You are right, it's 2 upper and 2 lower body per week.
I will custom the rotation by adding cardio premixes.
