ebay question

I just won hardcore extreme from wul6255 she is suppose to have a bidpay account. Well I have tried with my info about 4 times now and it is saying she doesn't have a merchant account. I have also sent her 3 messages with no response. She or he expects payment in 3 days. I hope this person is legit. I also hope that since I did not got a confirmation number from bidpay that I haven't paid for this item for times. Very frustrating.

be very careful. See the previous posts. Let us know if she emails you and what name she uses. Wolfdoing was very quick to state we both agreed to cancel the winning bid when I threatened to get ebay involved. you would think they would have everything set up prior to listing items. Please watch this - contact ebay if needed.
 
and it has been 24 hours from the first email. NO RESPONSE from my seller. I guess this sale isn't that important. I will buy it at Amazon if I have to.
 
I too have had problems on ebay with cathe dvds, my seller was zh2811p. He sells counterfeit Cathe tapes. I notified Cathe of this & he disappeared from ebay that day. I have filed a claim thru pay pay & with ebay. Be safe, only buy from Cathe or Collage Video. I have learned an expensive lesson. If you buy from Collage you have either 30 or 60 days ( I can't remember) to return the tape/dvd for any reason at all, which is great.

Still no response in regards to my email for purchase. But I did get an offer to buy another dvd from this person. I resent another email threatening negative feedback if no response. My sis says to give it a couple days. I think that is ridiculous and bad business practices but hey what do I know. Maybe my payment went through and she will send it to me. Maybe I grow wings and fly away to some exotic island. (Ha Ha)}( !! I am still waiting.

There are a lot of Police Departments that have a Computer Fraud Unit. They work with Cities across the Nation. I would give your PD a call.
