Early feedback, sequence of favorites

Though we're early in the process, I'm curious as to your sequence of your 4 Day Split favorites, even if you haven't completed them all?

For me,

BC/BiTri

HIS/ChestBack

LIS/ShoulderCalfCore
 
Hi all--

I just finished up with LIS so have done them all.

My ranking

LIS
Kickbox
HIS
Bootcamp

Being choreo challenged, I will need to REpreview HIS and the 3rd combo of LIS because they confuddled me, but all in all I felt they were solid workouts.

So far I've done:

All of the cardios except for the last few minutes of HIS and my faves are definately BC and KB. BC for intensity and KB for fun factor!

As far as the weight sections go, I've only done chest/back, shoulders and core from kb so I can't really give an opinnion on that yet but I was VERY impressed with the shoulder work out! YEOWZA! Most intense I've ever done! LOVED IT!:)
