Dreams

Ok, help here. My DH i swear is having some kind of dreams and it never fails at 2am every morning is hollaring out in his sleep and scaring the crap out of me. Any suggestions on how to stop it?

This broken sleep is killing me...

As you see I am up in the middle of the night again...

Suggestions please...

I don't have any advice. Sorry. Does he remember what the dreams are about when he wakes up? Just curious.

OMG! My DH had a dream last night that we had an intruder and he was choking him--he wound up with his hands around my neck, we both woke up screaming!! It was funny afterwards, but he scared the heck outta me with that one! He dreams out loud all the time, plus he snores, the dear man!
