Anyone who has done this is more than welcome to answer I just specifically remember Catwoman posting about this.
Although I am a very clean eater I wanted to try this. I bought a 2 months supply and started a week ago. It was working really well first few days, had 2 days of really nothing and today was a little bit like those pictures...weird! Anyway my question is if there are side effects? I noticed this past week I have extreme cotton mouth and feel a bit dehydrated. Plus I have a "cancker" like sore on the roof of my mouth, it looks black and blue like a bruise. Daily, I've always measured out and drank 1 gallon or more of water so I know I am technically dehydrating. I remember reading those who did a Fast had weird symptoms but since this is done along with normal food I am concerned. Maybe its not even related but thought I would ask and see if anyone has had this happen.
I know the fasting/cleansing thread has been controversial but am looking for answers from someone who has done something similar to this. ;-)
