Hi Educated Crowd.

Should you or should you not work upper body if the muscles are sore from 2 days prior?

It really depends on how sore you are. If you are just feeling residual tightness, I would think it would be okay if you stretch out. Sometimes your muscles do need up to 48 hrs to repair from a really tough workout. If that is the case, maybe a light circuit or something else entirely. HTH.
