I just ordered from her for the first time (here's hoping I don't fall on my rear trying out the new DVDs!)--Stepfest & Sweatfest.

So I got a confirmation email. Then I got a seperate email from Tracey thanking me & letting me know my order would ship today.

Tracey, is that really you or do you have a wonderful CS manager sitting at your desk? ;-)

I ordered Tracey for the first time during her presale and I thought for sure those emails were just computer-generated until everyone told me that she really does personally respond to everyone that orders from her. I think that is sooo cool!

Not USA resident. Had to ensure that her dvd was not regionally coded. Prompt service and a note hoping that I would enjoy her tapes. DO enjoy her tapes, and the music grews on me each time I do the dvd's.

Now here's hoping I can get through her workouts without a trip to the ER.......;-)

I just ordered her three sweatfest workouts, based on raves from here. I was also impressed that road trippers said she was there and seemed like a really nice, genuine person. I can't wait to try these new workouts!

Yes, I agree...what a totally welcome change! She truly is like the Energizer Bunny! I wish I could get some of that energy to do everything like she does!

Tracey also does such a wonderful job responding to her questions on the forum and just sharing her personal photos too!

I really like it!
