does anyone here do the Self Challenge?

I'm thinking of trying it for the nutritional aspect. I'm pretty good with my workouts. I get in at least 4 days a week. Working on getting to 5 days a week and staying there. I can see small changes but my eating is BAD!! So I'm hoping!!:)

It is a challenge from Self magazine. Go to www.self.com to find out more. Basically, it has you change one thing each day and then keep what you like and forget the rest. There are also contests and stuff like that. It's pretty cool because you can track yourself online. I liked it. Kinda of keeps you honest like the forums here!:) I can't remember everything but if you check out the website it will give you more info. HTH

It is a three month fitness challenge. It gives you guidelines to follow for how much strength and cardio to do. It also give you a simple nutritional outline. 1600 cal program for a week. (this is the part I am interested in the most). You can sign up and win prizes too.
It is in this months Self magazine.

My issue of Self hasn't arrived yet. I've eyed the challenge many years but have yet to do it or complete it. Eating is my downfall also! The Self challenge does seem very balanced and doable and I like the idea of making one change at a time.
