Just curious, as I am really into fitness-related blogs lately, so I'm wondering if any of you have one and if you'd be willing to share your address....
While it was cool for my friends and family to know about how things were going it has now been a year and I might add something every couple of months just in case someone stumbles upon it.
While Cathe runs a blog for her updates and classes, she has a known audience (us Catheites!). I don't want to sound hostile or condescending but, and I get this feeling about my blog as well, do you think enough other people would care?
I believe in keeping logs and journals on fitness, I view them as my "diary", it's kind of personal and probably 'dry as toast' for anyone else.
