get REALLY excited when they see Cathe on the forums, thinking there may be some info or announcement on the road trip and then end up visiting this site compulsivley for the next few hours? Or is it just me?

Hey Lorrie, I've been thinking the same thing lately. I'm soooo ready for an announcement regarding new workouts but, in light of how things transpired last year, figure things will be well underway before we hear about it. Soon....very soon (she said hopefully).
