Do you use heavy or light weights for the Legs & Glutes ?

Good morning again fit ladies


Quick question for you. Do you use heavy or light weights for Cathes Legs & Glutes workout ?
 
I haven't done this one in a long time, but I remember not going over 15lb dumbbells because of the speed & functional fitness nature of the exercises. I might be able to do a bit more now, but I would not go too heavy.

i haven't done it in sometime b/c i burned myself out on it LOL. but i liked to mix it up depending on what else i had plan for the day. sometimes i would hold a 20lb plate for leg press some days i only hold my 8lb ball. i found with heavy weight for the glute work, my glutes lifted but my legs did get a little muscular, and light weights just didn't give me the strength i was looking for. can't win!! LOL. but if i knew i was doing cardio or doing walks i would go light/moderate so i wasn't sore but if i was just working legs for that day i might go heavy. HTH
