Hi and good morning,

Yesterday I did Total Body stretching, that wasn't a good idea! I didn't forced anything and my back was on fire! I can't wait until tomrrow to get the final results, at least I know what I can do and shouldn't do:rolleyes:

I wll try to go for a longer walk today, I am going crazy! Went with my dogs yesterday, but they started to pull me:( so today I am going alone. DH has to go to work. I still will take it easy.

Hey everyone,

I haven't been checking in much lately. My schedule has changed alot now that school has started. If you all don't mind I think I will just check in a day late. Last night I did S&H Chest and Back. Boy was I shaking on those presses and flys! I am very surprised that this morning I don't feel any doms. I'm doing one of Cathes older rotations - but I can't remember off hand which one it is!

Just finished my workout:
Itread #8 60min
Results according to my treadmill and HR monitor/
TM: Time 68.03min 5.25miles 636calories
HR: Time 1:17min Avg HR 157, Max 184, Min 85 Calories: 966!!!

Is there this much difference between using a HR monitor? It calculates according to time, weight and HR. Just can't believe these numbers!
At this rate I should be losing weight big time within a couple weeks!

What are your thoughts on using a monitor? Do you get similar results?

Belinda: Ouch! I guess you'll have to wait to see what the MRI tells ya. This doesn't sound to good if just stretching hurts.
Good idea not to walk with the dogs. Have a good walk and take it easy. :)

Amelia: Have a great workout with CCV5. How did your run go yesterday? Did you try that workout I sent ya?

Hi Karen: My son and daughter are back in college and have similar mixed schedules. You can check-in when you can. ;) We understand how busy things can get at times. So no worries.
Nice job on S&H! Maybe the DOMS will show up later today or tomorrow. ;) Mine tend to do this sometimes.
With all you have to remember with school I am not surprised you can't remember what rotation your following! LOL! :)

Time for shower and work.
 
I just finished my workout and shower. I did ccv5 then about 20 mins of stretchmax#2. I burned right at 500 cals total...70mins. Ive got to buy another mp3 player or ipod. during the last 5mins of my workout,the volume kept going down and i had to keep pushing it....ugh

Heidi-Awesome workout...i think there is a slight difference in my HRM and the TM..the TM will give me about a 50cal increase. I haven't tried that workout yet...i will soon. Yesterday i did yoga.

Karen-Isn't doms weird? I thought for sure i would have doms after PH but nothing:rolleyes: Ive heard that banana's help with the soreness..i do eat them alot.

Amelia: Great job on the workout! Nice calorie burn too. :) Is this based on your TM or HR monitor?
I guess I am just shocked at the difference between what the treadmill has versus the monitor. My monitor just has such a high calories burned count!

Have a great interval run when you do get to try out that workout I sent. :)

Belinda: I hope turns out well with your MRI report tomorrow. I will be thinking of you. :)

based on my HRM! I burned about 423 with V5, the rest was stretchmax. I was on the TM for about 48mins. Im not sure what the TM displayed?
