Today is D 17 - legs on the rotation, not sure if I will do legs today? I thought it was my lower back that been bordering me, it's my hip? Not sure what I did? Maybe I will do D 18 instead?

Morning..today im cutting the grass and i will wear my HRM;) Im suppose to do arms & shoulders then abb ripper,but my shoulders are in pain and i don't want to aggravate the injury any more..the muscles around the inside of my elbows are in pain too...must of been those negative pullups on monday:(

Belinda-Didn't you run yesterday? After a long run my hip will hurt too...usual and good stretch helps. Enjoy your sts workout today...

Belinda: I agree that maybe a stretch out is in order. You have been doing a lot of miles lately. Check your shoes to make sure that they are in good shape and they are the right type for your foot arch. This can make a big difference!

Amelia: I feel like someone punched me in my left arm last night! I wonder if it is from lifting yesterday? Just weird aches here and there ever since that tick episode.
Today I will do or SHOULD I SAY DID! I already did my workout! LOL!

Take it easy today. Sounds like you and Belinda are really sore! You will get a leg and upper workout from mowing the lawn. :) I will mow part of my lawn today too.

Amelia - The trip was really nice! We got to do alot of hiking (some on the Appalachian trail, and also to the top of Mt. Rogers, also down to Grandfather Mt. in NC). It was pretty cool! I know I keep saying I'm going to post pics of our trips - I will I swear! As soon as I can! School starts for DH and I today so thats just another thing on our plate. (not complaining...)

Heidi - Funny you asked! My triceps and chest are super sore today. I am being a slacker today though - slept in and didn't work out yet. I hope to go for a run when I get home though.

My left arm is so sore! I know what it is now....I forgot I carried around a container of
weed killer in the driveway yesterday. I haven't done any deweeding since July! I worked on cleaning it up yesterday instead of mowing the lawn.

I am checking in late. Just finished Mindy Mylrea Workout! workout. (didn't feel like going for a run) Yikes! Boy was my HR up there. I haven't done it before today so I didn't really know what to expect. I had to kind of fudge some of those ab exercises at the end. I am wiped and super sweaty. Burned 558 calories! Off to the shower and then off to do some school work. blah.
