Since MM hasn't came yet(was finally shipped yesterday:rolleyes:) im going to do BM2 upper body + all the leg conditioning drills. I may do some extra sets of squats if i feel I need to.

Belinda-what did you decide on?

Last night I did PUB. I was making so many strained faces during those bicep curls. yikes! I felt like they were going to POP! They are sore today so that is awesome.

Sorry so short - my pup is giving me the eyes.
 
Karen-nice job on PUB..the bicep segment in that one is so tough. I did that workout sunday so its still fresh in my mind. I had to alternate the last 12reps:confused:

Belinda-WTG on your workout. I have to eat every 2-3hrs too...i eat 5 small meals throughout the day. Seems to keep me satisfied.

Workout done! I did stretchmax3 too...didn't burn alot though, only 253...but i 'burned' while doing the workout;)

ok..have a great day. Its lunch time! Im thinking Tuna & brown rice...call me crazy but i like the two together
