Good morning girls,

Today is my last day of my 12 week BFL rotation I have DOMS in my legs! Today I will do cardio, not sure what is on Cathe's rotation for today. I am thinking doing a circuit rotation Monday; I need a break from heavy lifting!

I think I will do FF rotation next week. What do you think? I never done the Viper or Circuit Max:( Not to mentioned I haven't done Bootcamp in over a year:rolleyes:

This is a circuit/endurance rotation. Still have time to lose body fat and hopefully this will do the trick:

Day 4: Circuit Max
Day 5: GS Legs
Day 6: CTX Upper Body & All Step Abs
Day 7: OFF

WEEK 2
Day 1: Hardcore Interval Circuit
Day 2: Step Fit
Day 3: Power Hour
Day 4: Imax 2
Day 5: Step, Jump & Pump
Day 6: OFF
Day 7: Muscle Max

WEEK 3
Day 1: Cardio Kicks & blast section from Kick Max
Day 2: High Step Training Advanced & abs from KP&C
Day 3: Power Max
Day 4: The Guantlet
Day 5: Pyramid Lower Body
Day 6: Pyramid Upper Body
Day 7: OFF

WEEK 4
Day 1: Bootcamp
Day 2: Step Works
Day 3: Muscle Intensity Strength
Day 4: Rhythmic Step
Day 5: Imax Xtreme
Day 6: OFF
Day 7: Muscle Endurance

Nice start for the day! Great job on iTread 19!

I just finished iTread #4 60min. Topped my mileage from the last time I did this one.
60:21min 5..07miles and 594calories burned. I guess I burned off that beer I had last night!!! :)

Back to washing and sanding walls. Waiting for it to dry right now.

Wow! That is some circuit rotation! IMAX EXTREME!!! Can't even fathom doing that one right now! My knees are having a hard time adjusting to the step workouts. 2 days of step in a row and my knees are aching!

It looks pretty good to me! I would alternate a running day or biking day for cardio if your knees are hurting at all. This seems to be working out pretty well for me.

I skipped thurs and fridays workouts to concentrate on the house. I got a great upper body workout from washing and painting yesterday. Also a leg workout from going up and down the ladder! :)
