I can't just sit on my butt and not do anything:rolleyes: I will do some yoga/strech plus abs today.


I also will walk the dogs, if it stops raining/snowing;)

Today is cardio, thinking about doing that biggest loser workout. Its called cardio max, i previewed it last night and im sure i will burn a good amount of calories.

I got in CCV5yesterday after DH went to work, then i cleaned up the house:confused: those late evening workouts really get my energy levels up.

I will bbl, after my workout!

Belinda-Have a great dogwalk and stretch...are the antibotics helping any? I think im finally kicking my sinus infection...after a week:confused:
 
Hey everyone! How are you??

I had a minute so I thought I would check in for once! I think my sister and I are doing Cathes January 04 rotation? I'm not entirely sure - it has alot of cardio and less weight days. Last night I did MIC and my legs felt like they were filled with rocks by the end. Good workout though - I don't know if I have ever done that one all the way through before. Today is my rest day - DH and I are going to see a movie. (I think that one "where the wild things are" - or whatever its called)

I had some bad weeks in the past with my eating. My DH finally said I should really count calories to see exactly what and how much I'm eating. So that is what I have been doing for the last week. I signed up on myfitnesspal.com and am logging everything. So far so good. I just have to keep telling myself that the process is slow. I WILL lose the weight I want if I stick with it! Right? :)

DH was teasing me that he had purchased P90x - but it was all a lie! :( He said I can buy it after I do STS 5 times. Good grief!

School is busy and work is even better.... So much to do around the house as well with winter on the way. I think we are going to clean up outside this weekend so that we are ready for the snow. (can't believe i just said that) I'm hating these rainy, cold, windy days we have been having. Its depressing already.

Well, I will try to check in a little more often. I see that we have a few new people checking in with us - so hello to everyone!

Hey Karen! Glad to see you...awesome job on MIC, ive yet to master that one.:confused: Your going to love MFP, great site! And your absolutely right...counting calories is the way to go:) Good Luck to you!

Workout done, burned 430 in 40mins & i only did level 1 + 2:eek: All the biggest loser workouts are at walmart for 10$. Ive got the kickbox one coming next through netflix.....will see how i like it;) I may go ahead and purchase a few of them...
Well, off to fix me some turkey tacos(left overs from yesterday) Have a good day:)
