Good morning ladies,

Today I will do a full body workout! I will not do a short FB workout today.

I will be back to report my workout!

Today is 4ds Bootcamp + bi & tri's...my kids are home so i will have to get them busy doing something:confused: ive got doms in my chest&back from yesterday...nice:)

Belinda-How is the physical therapy coming along? I bet those back/core exercises are really helping your recovery! Your workouts are so impressive this week,you go girl!

I just purchased tickets to New Moon for tomorrow night....:eek:. Im SO EXCITED. Were going out to dinner first,somewhere. ive been waiting on this movie for over a year now....

Happy Saturday! :)

Today I weighed in a lb more than I have been all week. My sis is over and I think I went overboard with some food. :confused: Time to do some damage control. I woke up this morning and did 4DS bootcamp cardio. That one is hard! I like that it is only a half hour of cardio. :)

Amelia - how did you like bootcamp this morning?

We will be doing some shopping today and maybe some cleaning - so I'll be a little more active than I usually am during the week. (hopefully)

Karen: Wow that is another killer workout for you! Great job! How are the DOMS?
You most likely will lose that extra # with the extra activity too.

This is what I am hoping for too. ;) I am working on the house with DH.

I got in a 3.16 miles run this morning and plan on another for this evening at 3.9miles.
I did my abs too! ab circuits med ball. ;)

Ok..back to work.

Hey girls,finished my workout ealier and my energy was gone. Its been happening alot lately:( but luckly i always push through the workout and get it done. I definitely had more energy when i was eating more...but i guess eating less and a loss of energy go hand in hand...i will eat more when i get to my goal.:) Burned 430 in all

Karen-Yeah,4ds BC is tough stuff...idon't like the 'buttkick' drill on there. I always sigh when she starts pulling out the step for that one:confused:
