Good morning.

Today is a well deserved rest day for me:p I do have to take the dogs for a walk and do my back excerises! That is it!

Im waiting on my coffee. Ive got a cardio on tabs today and some abb work.

My weigh in this morning was great! 2.8 down for the week. That brings me to a grand total of 15.4 lbs loss since sept,6th. Im proud of myself and ive still got atleast 20more to go...

today is pizza and brownies for supper:eek:

Today is my rest day. DH and I have been working on our papers that are due today for sociology. We have been munching on bad food that his parents left behind this morning as well. :( I can feel how much less energy I have when I eat this crap. I may try to do some abs or some yoga later tonight if I get a chance. I just got up from a nap so now I am trying to finalize my paper before I do anything else.
