Hallo,

I ended up doing iTread run intervals Set 24, 60 min. on the TC! I traveled 3.80 miles. Burned 790 cal. This one was a sweaty mess! This is it for me today. I will take the dogs for a walk and I still have to do my back/core exercises!

so...not sure what im doing today.Would love to do a cardio coach but DH worked last night and he'll be in the bedroom shortly(where the treadmill is) maybe i will do some lowmax then bi's and tri's from 4ds.

Getting ready to head out with the Girl Scouts and go hiking for the day. I think that will be enough of a workout. Should also be interesting, since we haven't really gone on long hikes with the girls that much. Weather is going to be great though - 65 and sunny. Can't believe this is Michigan in November.

Well, I got up this morning after all. Everyone was still asleep when I woke up so I figured I might as well workout. I did Kickmax minus the leg conditioning drills. I am actually kind of tired now waiting for everyone to get moving and decide what we are doing for breakfast!

awwww, thanks guys for the b-day wishes! No plans today,im dieting and dh has to work. I plan on eating pizza & brownies tomorrow and celebrating my b-day next weekend with the opening of New Moon(2nd movie in the Twilight saga) DH is taking me to see it and out to dinner..so excited

Just finished 30mins of Imax2 and it kicked my butt,im sure its my low cal diet the takes my energy...but who cares,lol,im losing I also did my own mix of biceps and triceps with some shoulders thrown in.

I peeked at the scale this morning and was very happy with it..tomorrow is my official WI day so i will wait until tomorrow to change my ticker!

It is pouring rain here all day. TM workout in mind later. I took yesterday off because I was totally wiped.

We are getting that shelving unit attached inside the closet today. I have also been working on the stair walls to the third floor getting them ready for primer. I hope to get this done today so DH can put up the railing to make it safer to go up and down.
