Hello Belinda: I missed you all yesterday! It was pretty hectic here. I will go back and read the posts later.
What do you have on your schedule for today? This is your new start for a circuit rotation right?

I didn't get to workout yesterday but I sort of had a workout just the same. I am working my way into the kitchen with the paint. I hope to have this all done by weds.
My Mom is coming to see the house! I am sooooo nervous! She hasn't been here in 8 years! I know that I shouldn't be but I am just the same. ;)

Today is going to be busy. Work, take DD to the doc at 11am and then take DS to the dentist around 3pm. I hope to get in a Total body workout in a bit.

Back for personals from yesterday...

Belinda: How are your legs today? I am a little sore all over from painting and sanding. :)
My run was great! My knees don't seem to bother me when I run it is just the stepping that does. I have to do this in moderation. I can't do two step routines in a row it seems because it makes my knees tender next time around.

Amelia: How was your cardio and weights? :) That is a good one! You should have burned off that eggroll! ;)

Sherry: Glad that the camping trip went well. Even better...good food to boot! ;)
I am sort of between week 2 and 3 on FF 12 week rotation. Today should be Push and Pull but I will have to check the length because my time is short! ;) Just too much going on today and NOW my DS missed his bus. I have to drive him to school so I will check back after my workout.
Oh...glad that you found our new check-in! I thought the name suited everyone at this point! ;)

So today is going to be C&W along with some coremax,which is recording right now on my DVR! I also plan on a fresh new start to my eating plan! I plan to post EVERYTHING i eat FAITHFULLY, i even made myself a little note and stuck it on the fridge;) a little reminder so to speak!

here is my workout schedule for this week!
mon-cardio and weights +seg one of coremax
Tues-thirty minute powerwalk at work
Wed-thirty minute powerwalk at work
Thurs-off
Friday-run interval and some coremax,stretchmax
Sat-LIC
sun-off

I just wrote it on the calender so i won't forget what im doing:rolleyes::rolleyes:

Back from my workout.

Today:
Push/Pull (really nice :) )

Amelia: You are doing a great job! It is nice to have your week planned out ahead. It just makes things go smoother to know what you are going to do for the day. :)

I am painting it a soft yellow (dancing butterfly from Behr paints) It looks really nice with my dark blue marble counter top.

My DD are heading out soon to her appointment. I am taking my Clean-Eating magazine along to pick up some of things I want to eat during the week. DH is doing the shopping and I am getting sick from the types of foods he eats! My stomach just can't handle it!!!
I have been basically eating nothing or not enough like I should be!

BACK TO EATING CLEAN!!!

Heidi-butterfly yellow sounds so pretty....i just got through painting my kitchen a soft green and beige...its nice for change! Have fun reading your mag an the appt.

Feeling rather beat today after such a busy day running around to doctor offices and work.

Tomorrow's workout goal: Rhythmic Step for the first time around! WISH ME LUCK!!! ;) My DS has tomorrow off so I don't have to get up as early. DD will be taking the train early when DH and DS head into work.

Late post to say - no workout, getting a head cold and trying to get rid of it quickly! But I did eat clean. Now off to bed and hopefully I feel better in the a.m.
