Good morning,

Hope you all had a nice realxing weekend? I know I sure did!;)

I will start Meso 3 today! Yeah! Yesterday I picked up some workout dvd's from the library. I got:

- 10 Minute Solution "Fitness ball workout" with Kimberly Spreen. I will do the ab section on that one today!

- 10 Min solution Carb Burner. I got so bord just watching it :rolleyes: the lady dances around like she is on crack:eek:

- Walk away the pounds " Walk or Jog" with Leslie Sansons, maybe I will give that one a try today?

I am done with M3 D25! I think M3 is my favorite so far! Loved it! I also did the abs/stretch from 10 Minute Solution "Fitness ball workout" with Kimberly Spreen. I liked the stretch a lot in that one, abs was pretty good too!
Need to get busy! BBL!

Belinda-Nice job with Meso 3, im glad your enjoying it! Ive got one of those 10-min solution workouts,its pretty fun...not Cathe,but there ok,lol

I've got the 'paper gown appointment' this morning so my workout will have to wait until this afternoon. I plan on doing PLB + Floor work in L&G's. Luckily i have both of them recorded on my DVR, hopefully i can get my workout in before the kids get home.

Today was week two of Meso 2 - Chest, Shoulders and Triceps. I have to say my weights are getting a little dangerous to be throwing around. I almost wish I had a spotter - but I can't wait until after work to do my workouts cuz then I'll never get them in. I have to say the chest work today was killer again. Had some bad eats this weekend, so its back on track today so that I can meet my goal for Wednesday weigh in!

Amelia - You crack me up! The "paper gown appointment"? I read it and was like "What?" - then it hit me what you were talking about. Too funny! Have fun with your leg workout later!

Belinda - Great job on starting meso 3! You must be so excited! :)

I just took my dogs for an hour long walk. Yes, Karen they love it;)

Karen, be careful with that weight! You don't want to hurt yourself. It's your second round, right? I am very excited about M3, 11 more discs to go;)

Amalia, how is your stomach today? I am glad you enjoy Debbie's rotation. Keep it up girl

Quick check in...workout done, my legs were screaming and i was cursing:eek: I haven't done that one in a while...burned 308 in cals...

Hi everyone!

A late and quick check-in. I'm finally back to the slightly later start time for work (8:00), so I'm looking forward to getting off my ever-growing backside. Tonight I did Basic Step, and burned 272 calories, which means I am waaaay out of shape. I would have worked out this a.m. had I not stayed up watching the Oscars. Anyway, I'm looking forward to catching up with all of you while I'm getting myself going again. Bonus - I didn't eat a single Girl Scout cookie today!
