Good morning girls,

DH wants to go for a run today? It's raining a little

I will be back to report my workout! Have a great weekend!

DH and I ran 4 miles outside It was so cold, I coudn't get my breathing under control. Couldn't breath through my nose since it's so stuffed, my lungs started to hurt. I know one thing, I am not gonna run in this kinda weather condition anymore. I had 2 sweathers on and still was cold.

I will be back, need to warm up!

Today is a rest day. Thank goodness because im exhausted I may take the kids to the park for a picnic, its suppose to be real pretty out today!

Today I did Shock Cardio Cardio Core CIrcuit. I kind of hate this workout because it is really hard (for me). hehe... Afterwards DH, my sister and I hit up the back yard. We tore down part of our garden thing we had built, raked the leaves, and did some other yard stuff the rest of the day. Ugh. We are all super sore and ready for sleep!

Tomorrow will be a rest day - so I will see you all on Monday!
