Hey Everyone,

I've been kind of MIA lately. It seems like everyone seemed to be MIA and it was bumming me out so I just stopped checking in. I'm sorry - I'm really moody lately. :eek:

I have been working out regularly - I've kind of stopped the INsanity rotation - just doing cardio was not working for me. I am doing FF's Leg Blast 08 rotation. Today was Step Blast. I have to say that I was not very motivated to "blast" out of bed this morning to go do that workout. :rolleyes:

Summer semester has started. I am just taking one class - but that is plenty when the weather is so nice!

Karen-I too have been MIA:eek: no real excuses...i guess it because i will post and then see by the end of the day no one has posted. Have a good workout today.:)

Today will be legs(i think) guess i'll do 4ds legs since it seems to be the easiest of Cathe's;) thought about doing a circuit too, not sure yet. I need to make sure i don't have a weight day before my weigh in on sunday too...
 
Amelia - That is why I haven't been checking in either. I hate to say it - but I depend on you guys way too much to be here everyday! When I started checking in alone for a few days I was rather annoyed. :confused: I know its hard when your busy...especially now with summer and fun all around. :rolleyes: ps. Have fun with 4DS legs! I hate those low plane lunge things!
 
Hi everyone!

Well, I normally don't post until after I get home in the evenings. However, I could start posting in the a.m. with my plan for the day, then come back and tell you what I did. Problem is, I leave for work at 6:00, so getting going in the mornings is rough. I was working out at lunch, but can't post from work. So, I'll try to do just that - post my plan in the a.m. Maybe one day I'll get one of those fancy cell phones so I can keep up with this stuff during the day.

Today my calves are finally feeling back to normal, so in a bit Dd and I will take the dog for a walk. Kind of silly that (very) sore calves prevented me from working out, but they were so tight, I couldn't have even done an effective UBWO. I'll walk a couple of days, then pick up the pace.

We're all in a funk - trying to do so much and not putting fitness at the same priority level as the other things. I'm trying to turn that around, but need you to help.

Karen - Glad you're back. I didn't realize that you'd be starting the next round of classes already. Hope you are enjoying this one more than the last. (PS - I hear from my FB friends that I don't stop by there enough, either.)

Amelia - 4DS Legs is a good quick workout. I definitely don't get the shakes as bad as B&G. Are your kids out for the summer yet? Mine have one more week (4 and 1/2 days, to be exact).

Belinda - Hope you had a good flight home.
