DO WHAT YOU WANT JUST GET IT DONE~ for July 8th

Starting things off this fine Wednesday morning!

For me today it was STS Disc #2 - Back and Biceps. I'm not sure why but I keep forgetting about the exercises we did in STS. Today was the pullups and chinups. lol My upper body is still pretty sore from Monday and my lower body today has some major doms. Its hard to bend!

Its off to work for me today. I'll check back later!
 
Morning Karen,High fives on the DOMS...maybe you should do a stretch workout to help loosen up your muscles? Have a good day at work!

Heidi-How are you doing today with that ankle? Any upperbody workout planned or are you going to take it easy for a while? I remember when i hurt my ankle last year i laid on the couch for four or five days, my leg propt up with a ice pack on it. It was kinda nice;), DH had to take care of the kids needs for a couple of days.

Today im doing PH Legs then some Pilates,i may do that floor aerobics that comes with the pilates,its only 20mins....

workout done..decided on MIS legs then some winsor pilates 20min cardio with some core work. 1:15mins all together and 555 cals burned:D
