I am back to get us started:p

Morning,

Ok, I went for a run outside! It was hot but still a nice breeze! I ended up doing CCV 1, went for a nice easy run, just a few sprints:p I burned 498 cal. Now I am fried! I will get a nice stretch in today, not sure if I wonna do SM or TBS? Maybe I will go for the sorter one, maybe not? I have to clean my house today, because we are leaving for Nuernberg on Saturday. We are coming back Sunday. Tomorrow is a town fest here in Grafenwoehr, DH has to go. And on Sunday we are going to Eschenbach for another town fest:p Germans love to party! My DH has to go to all these events (it's not breaking his leg either:p), to keep the German/American relationships! I do have to admit, they are always so much fun. Germans come to the American events and Americans come to the German events.

I will not be back until my house is clean:p See you later!
 
Well, I got part of my workout in this morning. I did STS disc #10. I am still supposed to do a 20 minute run. I may or may not get that in later today. All I have to say about this disc is pushups, pushups, pushups!!! I swear that every other exercise was another form of pushup!

Enough complaining though - DH and I did get a little bit more when playing hooky. We finished up a dresser we were redoing that we found at goodwill. We threw out my old dresser and someone nabbed it up off the curb in less than a half hour! What is the saying - one persons junk is another person treasure? Something like that...

Off to work!

I think I decided on a rotation for next month...I'm leaning towards FitnessFreaks (debbies) January 2007 rotation. Amelia - is that the one your doing? She has two rest days almost every week. I want to do more yoga and this rotation will allow that.

Karen-Awesom job with your workout or shall i say pushups;). I think that is the rotation im doing...is called muscle builing and leaning out...i believe it is jan 07,can't remember. There is two rest weeks a week, awesome isn't it!!! Ive decide to do a cardio on one of the rest days and adding stretching on both rest days.

Today my rotation calls for MIS back,shoulders,biceps then abbs. I love this rotation:D

Workout done as planned, I also added on a 30minute powerwalk. It was a nice workout. Burned 430 cals in 65mins.
