Well, I got part of my workout in this morning. I did STS disc #10. I am still supposed to do a 20 minute run. I may or may not get that in later today. All I have to say about this disc is pushups, pushups, pushups!!! I swear that every other exercise was another form of pushup!
Enough complaining though - DH and I did get a little bit more when playing hooky. We finished up a dresser we were redoing that we found at goodwill. We threw out my old dresser and someone nabbed it up off the curb in less than a half hour! What is the saying - one persons junk is another person treasure? Something like that...

I think I decided on a rotation for next month...I'm leaning towards FitnessFreaks (debbies) January 2007 rotation. Amelia - is that the one your doing? She has two rest days almost every week. I want to do more yoga and this rotation will allow that.
