Hello and good morning to you all!

I have been going over the current rotations available to download into the workout calendar but can't find one that suits my current ahhhh fitness level? What are your
plans for this months rotation?

Cathe's new rotation for this month and the next few are STS type. I have to work my way back up again....any suggestions?

My left arm is swollen! Not sure what is up with that....luckily I will be seeing a doc on tues. for some other issues.

Thinking of you all and hope you are doing ok.

Belinda - Enjoy the day with your daughter.

Heidi - So nice to have you here. Hope your doc visit helps with the swollen arm and other issues. As for rotations, I'm heading back to beginner - see below.

Today I'm planning to do a segment of Total Body Stretching, then I may pop in Yoga for Athletes and do some of that, too. As for a new rotation, I think I need to start very basic because I keep hurting myself. So, right now the plan is to do the Beginner Rotation for 4 weeks, then the Intermediate Rotation for 4 weeks. I start my new job tomorrow, so I'm concerned about being too ambitious with the workout schedule. Oh yeah, and I'm planning to go back to school some where in there too. I figure if I start of easier and shorter on time, I'll also be able to incorporate eating right and getting enough sleep. I'm back to my heaviest weight, so I'm sure I need to get off some pounds before I start pushing it harder. By March, I should be ready for the STS version.

Hey everyone!

I took the last two days as rest days. :p Dh and I were enjoying our holiday time together and I just wasn't able to squeeze anything in.

This morning I got up and did CTX Upper Body Split + All Step Abs. I see that I am not the only one on the fence about rotations this month. I really want to start STS again, but with my winterim class starting I just didn't think I would have the time to commit to that. So I think I am going to finish out FitnessFreaks Circuit Rotation. By the time I finish that the winterim class should be over and then I will start STS. I have to try out the new SC workouts before then as well. I figure I will modify FF's rotation and throw in the SC workouts where I can. My main concern right now is to get my eating on check so that I can reap all of the benefits of STS when I start it again.

Sherry - I was so sorry to hear about your cat. :( I hope you're doing alright.
