Hi all!

D9 - Legs on tap for today.Would like to get in some cardio, too. May need to if today's wo is anything like last week's. Won't be a run becasue even I concede that it's too cold out today (10 degrees F with a wind chill of -3 right now)! Both kids have big projects to do for school this weekend (nearing the end of the term) so we're playing it by ear so that they can get everything done.

Belinda - Glad the dentist went well. What else do you have going on for the weekend?

Heidi - what are your plans today?

Workout done earlier this morning.

Was planning on abs but got side tracked. Will plan on getting them done later today.

Belinda: How was your workout and which did you do?

Sherry: How is your upper today? I am just a tad sore but nothing that can't be handled. ;) Last time was pretty bad!
I hope you get your leg workout in today. Are you running tomorrow? It is freeeezing here too! We won't have warmer weather until weds and even then only about 30.
At least it is better than -6 early in the morning! This is our temp for tomorrow! EEk!

Hallo girls,

I done my workout late today, almost talked mysef out:p Glad I didn't! I did Insanity " Max Interval Circuit"! Boy, was that a tough workout for 58 min! :confused:

Heidi - fantastic job, on your run today. If it's makes you feel better, I am not getting my abs done today either:eek::p I will do them tomorrow, I promise!

Sherry - are you running in that cold? Not me! LOL! I don't like the cold. Have fun with your LB workout today. No plans for this weekend. DH has trouble walking, so we are staying home. Maybe going to the PX (on base) that's it!

It's after 9 am here, I will be back tomorrow morning!

Hi ladies!

Finally posting to say that legs and abs (yes, I did both) are done! Once again wondering at the wiseness of working out in the basement. Actually finding it harder to go down than up. Then I painted the bathroom. That was somewhere in between helping DD make her Egyptian vase and running DS to a birthday party. Finally, DH and I get to cuddle on the sofa and watch "Date Night".

Belinda - Glad that you talked yourself into working out. Feels good once it's over, doesn't it. Hope DH is feeling better. And no running here. Once it's in single digits, I just can't do it.

Heidi - Getting sidetracked and not doing abs is my normal excuse! Upper body feeling ok today. Pec work tends to get me the most. 'Course we'll see how I am tomorrow. Painting a bathroom is not as easy as any other room. More reaching, balancing, bending.

Off to watch our movie. See you all tomorrow!

Sherry - awesome job on your leg/ab workout today. I can't run in that cold either. Did buy some new workout cloth for running today, have to wait until get gets a little warmer;) Enjoy your evening with DH! You did a lot today;)
