This morning I will do M1 D3 (legs).

I ask Cathe on FB the other day on how to incoperate STS TB & LB blast into the STS rotation. I am thinking on doing that rotation, if someone is interrested here is the rotation:

Hi all!

I did do abs last night, just didn't get to post. DS was working all evening on a paper for school.

Trying to figure out if I'lo get in any kind of workout this evening. Need to pick up a few things on my way home for the guys before they leave for the weekend (they'll be camping and dog sledding - how cool is that?!). Then it's my turn to drive the carpool for DD's soccer practice. It's also the monthly scrapbooking night. STS D6 is on the schedule, but don't know where that hour is coming from. Might need to put that off until tomorrow, which also messes with my running schedule (which I'm doing great on!)

Belinda - That rotation looks interesting. Don't know if I could do 3 days straight of STS weight work though, even though it is different body parts. Do you have planned cardio, too, or are you just going with the flow?

Heidi - How's your mom. Running is going great. I've been getting outside every other day to get the runs in. Even though it's cold, I don't mind it. And I'm feeling better each time out there. It's frustrating to be starting all over, but I'm seeing progress already, so that helps.

I'll try to get back tonight after I see what I can do when I come up for a breath!

Wow what an exciting weekend for the boys. ;) Busy days for you however. I know what you mean about your runs getting mixed up. Can you do a run at somepoint today?
Great job getting out there!!! I keep waiting for the weather to get to at least 30 something! I have been having a hardtime with the cold lately. Maybe just an excuse not to. HAHA!

Just finished Low Impact Step. Nice workout. Was tempted to start another workout like weights but I have to get going on work stuff and the house chores. ;)
I will aim for Runervals 10K training for this evening with abs.

Heidi - I ask Cathe on facebook on how I can fit STS TB & BL into the STS rotation. This is the rotation she posted on FB! I don't think you can download it, since she made it up for me:eek: Great job on Low Impact Step today. Have fun with your run later.

Sherry - you are one busy girl:p wtg, on keeping up with your running schedule! Have fun with D6 today, if you can fit it in! I am going with the flow with the cardio:eek:
