Morning,

I ended up doing CCV3, traveled 3.15 miles + I sprinted plus ran another 2.15 miles on the TM! Had to find out if I still got it, lol! My legs are fried. I still have to work my abs/back later! Had a very nice cal too! LOL! :p

I am a sweaty mess, off to the shower!

workout done, decided on the cardio only on C&W then upper body premix on MM...i was shaking, it felt great to get it done and over with. 1:06 total time and 519 total burned. I'll take that!

Hey to everyone that follows. I will bbl,got to go get some grociers, the kids want to make a gingerbread house tonight so ive got to get one of those things too...i can see icing all over everything already,LOL:confused:

We had some time of not-quite-a-virus thing on our computer, and it became essentially useless until we could get rid of it. Missed checking in with everyone.

Today is scheduled to be LIS, but after I dropped DH off at work, I went Christmas shopping. So, finally home, I'm waiting to eat lunch. Then I hope to get in workout sometime today. It's also a scout night, so if I don't get it in before DS's swim practice, my schedule becomes nuts.

I am feeling good about the Christmas shopping. I'm so close to being done it feels good. We aren't spending as much this year, but it means we're buying the few important things.

Lunch is about done - hope everyone has a good day. I need to catch up on the past few days.
 
I'm here too! I slept in this morning because I had a training class all day and when the alarm went off I said "screw it, I'm still tired!" and went back to bed. I haven't been sleeping very well the last couple of days. I'm not sure if its because I am sleeping in the spare room or what the heck. (our master bed is covered in DH's clothes right now)

ANyway, I just slammed a starbucks mocha and will be doing GS Chest and Back (?) shortly. I wasn't going to do the starbucks because I want to be tired enough to sleep tonight, but I'm pretty sure tonight is the biggest loser finale and I want to be able to stay up for it.

We are supposed to get hit with a bunch of snow tonight - I am still hoping for that snow day - but I'm not holding my breath...
 
Workout is done. I shouldn't have had the starbucks. I was very light-headed and was feeling sickish. Grr...I hate when my body reacts that way. I usually don't have caffeine otherwise.

Managed to push out the dropset pushups on the toes. I was really shakin' at the end of those! I felt good though afterwards. Now its biggest loser time!
