Amelia, hope you get IMAX2/C&W soon! They both great workouts. ((((HUGS)))) on missing DS, it will take a few days until you get used to the kids being in school again. Think of all the time you will have for yourself, LOL!

Karen, glad you enjoyed your rest day yesterday. Glad the yoga helped to stretch out your legs.

Heidi, make sure you taking it easy. WTG on your DOMS from MIC, it will get you good. WOW on your cardio yesterday. That is awesome. I am drinking my water, lol.

Heidi-Thank you!! You help me remember to drink all my water yesterday, i got about 90 ounces in.

ok,today im taking no more crap from myself. Ive got a LB workout then a cardio on tabs(or maybe the cardio first since its still cool out) I will take Coach Sean along with me;):D

Oh,DH gave me the go-aheads on purchasing P90x:eek: It will be mine later in the month:D Can't wait to start it. I feel kinda guilty though,Cathe is my 'foundation of fitness';)

Today was GS Back, Shoulders, and Biceps + LIC Abs. Used the same weight as Cathe throughout and felt it!

TGIF!!! Anyone have plans for the weekend? DH and I will go see a band later tonight. (long day) Then working on projects and maying some swimming or disc golf? We'll see...Been playing alot of hacky sack lately too.

Hey girls,i had a great workout this morning. First i went out to do CCV5, got 18mins into it and my MP3 player died...went another 25 mins doing run intervals. Then i came home and did PH LB...i was burning!

Karen-Great workout. Im so glad i was able to complete my workout this morning...that puts me back on track with our rotation. No plans as of yet...maybe we will take the kids to a park tomorrow?

I did upper PH and used heavier than Cathe on this one. ;) Didn't do the legs but will tomorrow.
